We are frequently asked for serving suggestions and cooking tips for items in the store. Starting this week we will be posting a new recipe here and on our Facebook page, past recipes will be archived for your future reference.


Spot prawn season is over, but if you’re not ready to say goodbye, we’ve still got that local treat for you stocked up safely in the freezer, hand-packed in brine. Also, there is still time to celebrate summer, and we’ve got some delicious sockeye salmon fillets, perfect for the bbq!


We have a wonderful selection of local fish (salmon, halibut, ling cod, grey cod, steelhead, rockfish, sole +more) and shellfish (Dungeness crab, spot prawn tails, clams, mussels and oysters). We also have a variety of smoked options: hot and cold smoked salmon, oysters, and sablefish available both in the fresh case and frozen.
