In our kitchen we make all things from scratch, from batter to sauces to soups.
Our signature fish and chip recipe uses a modified tempura batter with rice flour, cornstarch and other goodies to create a light, crispy batter that won’t hide the beautiful fish inside. We also offer popcorn shrimp and crispy fried oysters. Each comes with your choice of house made dipping sauces. Want to try something new?
