Dungeness Crab Stock
Stocks are made from simmering bones and/or vegetables in water with spices to produce a flavourful broth. This is our crab stock, made with tomatoes and white win to produce a rich broth that is ready to be used in soups, stews, sauces, and any other seafood dish that calls for stock.
This is a wonderful, richly flavoured stock that can be used as a base in all sorts of seafood soups, especially dishes such as crab bisque or crab chowder.
